Vistagen Names Nick Tressler as Chief Financial Officer

Vistagen, a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, appointed Nick Tressler as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective December 1, 2025.

Tressler brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience in the life sciences industry, guiding companies through pivotal growth and transformation. 

Most recently, he served as CFO of Dynex Technologies, and before that, he was the CFO at American Gene Technologies, International, and Senseonics Holdings, Inc.

Tressler has also held senior finance roles at several biopharmaceutical companies, including Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, acquired by Mallinckrodt in 2018, and MedImmune LLC, acquired by AstraZeneca in 2007.
